Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in new, resalable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
